Want to check the status of your order? You're in the right place.
How to Track Your Order
1. Find your tracking number
As soon as your order ships, we send you a shipping confirmation email with:

Your tracking number
-
The carrier (or tracking link)
-
Items shipped in that package
Didn’t get the email yet?
→ Please check your spam/junk folder for an email from contact@vonel.shop.
2. Use your tracking link
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
You’ll be able to see:
-
When the package left the warehouse
-
Current transit scans
-
Estimated delivery date
-
“Delivered” scan (if completed)
If you received multiple tracking numbers, it means your order was split into multiple packages. Each package can arrive separately.
“My order says ‘Label Created’ / ‘Shipment Ready’ — what does that mean?”
This means your order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, and the carrier is waiting to scan it in.

Processing time = 1 to 3 business days

Transit time after dispatch = 7 to 21 business days (depending on your country and local carrier)
So it’s normal for tracking to look quiet in the first few days after you get your number.
“My tracking hasn’t updated in a few days”
International tracking sometimes pauses during customs or between carrier hand-offs. This is normal.
If there’s been no update for 7+ business days, email us and we’ll check with the logistics team.
When you contact us, include:

Order number
-
Tracking number
-
Name on the order
Send to contact@vonel.shop
“My package shows Delivered, but I don’t see it”
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

Check with family members, neighbors, or building/front desk.

Check around your property: mailbox, side door, porch, garage, etc.

Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
